The Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens Outreach/Education committee wishes to remind all photographers, amateur and professional, to enter the Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens’ 2011 nature Photo Contest. Photos taken in the Botanical Gardens may be entered in categories including wildlife, plants, landscape/scenery and people in nature. The contest is open to all ages with youth, adult and professional divisions.
The deadline for entries is October 14, 2011 but entries may be submitted any time prior to the October deadline to the Dunsmuir Recreation District office, 4841 Dunsmuir Avenue, Dunsmuir between 9:00 AM and 12 Noon, Tuesday through Friday. A complete list of rules and entry forms are available on this website. The best of the entries will be featured in future Gardens’ publications and other promotional materials.
